Met Éireann has issued a yellow warning for low temperatures and ice from today until tomorrow morning. The areas affected are Connacht, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath. The national forecaster has warned of slippery conditions underfoot, hazardous traveling conditions and animal welfare issues.
